Head of Division of Policy (PPOL) Prof. WU Xun introduced the Master in Public Policy (MPP) program in a media conference yesterday as over 80% of its first batch of graduates received 1 or more job offers despite the downturn in economy. Second year student Justin NG, an undergraduate from New York University who returned to Hong Kong for MPP, said this technology and environmental policy -focused program has given him lots of opportunities amid the innovation and tech development at Greater Bay Area. He already got two job offers before his graduation next June. Fresh graduate PENG Guoxian, now working in Tencent as a Product Manager, talked about how the 2-year program has helped him stand out in job interviews with tech giants. Meanwhile, PPOL is launching a new part-time MPP program next year.
