The 4th "Four Seas Cup" Hong Kong International University Student Weiqi Competition kicked off on Wednesday at HKUST, drawing a record 29 teams from 25 countries, with the attendance of Secretary for Education Dr. Christine CHOI Yuk-Lin and Hong Kong Greater Bay Area WeiQi Promotion Association Chairman Ms. Xu Ying.
