Policy innovation is just as important as technology innovation. Cross-disciplinary and cross-sector cooperation are vital for innovation and scaling-up, and the right platforms are needed. Universities can reimagine teaching and how their campuses function as sustainability ‘living labs’. The Greater Bay Area in China has opportunities to lead, including in the entertainment and gaming sector.
