Dual Degree Program in Technology & Management (T&M-DDP)’s corporate consulting project "Google and Open Data Strategy for PCCW-HKT by TalentLabs" (TEMG4950K) has come to a successful conclusion with a final presentation on May 4, 2023. The project was a collaboration between PCCW-HKT, Google Cloud Hong Kong, and TalentLabs, which challenged students with four aspects of their businesses: CSL/1O1O, digital OOH marketing, DrGo, and smart city.

Under the guidance of Prof. Betty LIN, course instructor and Associate Director of T&M-DDP, Prof. Pedro SANDER, Co-Director of T&M-DDP, and mentors from the above organizations, student-consultants utilized Google Cloud technology and datasets from the government and PCCW-HKT to develop solutions that address emerging market demands facing each business unit. The project sponsors were impressed with the students' ability to leverage data and apply the latest AI technology to solve real-world problems and commercialize their solutions.

After thorough consideration by a judging panel consisting of subject experts from the organizations, Team 1 "Next Level" for DOOH Marketing and Team 2 "Apollo Consulting" for DrGo were selected as the best performing teams.
