AIS welcomed 61 enthusiastic secondary students to HKUST campus on June 3, 2025 (Tue), for an immersive exploration of university academics and student life. This comprehensive program attracted aspiring JUPAS and Direct Entry candidates eager to discover their future academic pathways.
The morning started with welcoming remarks and an AIS overview by Prof. Arthur LAU, Associate Dean of AIS, followed by a memorable group photo. The event featured three parallel sessions, allowing participants to dive deep into the undergraduate program of their interest:
Following the taster workshops and lectures, participants enjoyed a lunch buffet and built valuable connections with program faculty and current AIS students. The gathering fostered meaningful conversations about academic pursuits and campus culture in a relaxed atmosphere.
The afternoon wrapped up with guided campus tours led by AIS Student Ambassadors, who shared insider tips about the facilities and resources at HKUST.
This campus visit gave students a great taste of AIS’ interdisciplinary nature and hands-on learning experience. We hope to see many of these students back on campus as part of the AIS family!
