Risk Management and Business Intelligence Program (RMBI) organized a mock interview workshop for RMBI students to better prepare themselves for future job interviews.

HKUST Career Center helped invite 5 senior managers from different professions including technology, recruitment, logistics and accounting to act as interviewer. Students in formal attire experienced a real job interview and tried their best to convince the potential employers that they were suitable candidates. After the interview, the interviewers commented on individual student’s performance and advised them how to enhance their interview skills.

Interviewers appreciated the students’ initiatives and good preparation. They commented that students were presentable and active in expressing themselves though they needed to further polish their communication skills.
