As the founder and CEO of Elevatefoods, Connie has led her team to develop groundbreaking technology of 3D food printing with A.I.-assisted diet, allowing precise control over nutritional content to meet individual dietary needs. By addressing key challenges in nutrition, customization, and sustainability, Elevatefoods’ work represents a significant leap forward in food technology.
Connie's team with Timothy CHAN, XU Yang, Aidan YUAN and POON Wing Yan also secured the Third Prize in Social Enterprise / Cultural & Creative Services (Entrepreneurship Track) at the 10th Hong Kong University Student Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition for their "AI customized Food Printing Platform For Special Dietary Needs".
