The Melo Summit was co-created by 15 leading CEOs in Hong Kong and the 20 Melo Fellows from HKUST. Using the “student as speaker, CEO as audience” concept, the Summit was consisted of TED Talk-like speeches, sharing of invited leaders and panel discussions.
The summit started with sharing of Whitney YU, a Year 3 student of Environmental Management and Technology Program (EVMT) and her batchmate on their personal stories as the inaugural class of Project Melo in 2021, followed by the presentations of this year’s Fellows, CEOs and panel discussions.
Prof. Huamin QU, Director of IPO and Prof. Betty LIN, Associate Director of T&M-DDP joined the event to support the above IPO students who have actively engaged in the projects co-created with their mentors and voiced out what youth think and can do. Keep up the good work!
