The first AIS Fireside Chat on November 6, 2024 was a fantastic gathering of around 30 undergraduate and postgraduate students, faculty, and staff members.

The primary purpose of this Fireside Chat was to foster open dialogue between students and faculty/staff in a relaxed setting. During the chat, AIS Dean Professor QU Huamin and Associate Dean (Undergraduate Studies) Professor Arthur LAU led an engaging conversation with participants from various years and programs. This open dialogue allowed everyone to get to know one another better, and listen to students’ feedback and ideas about how we can make students experience more fruitful.

After the chat, participants enjoyed mingling over light refreshments, filled with laughter and engaging conversations.  

We also want to extend our gratitude to everyone who contributed questions and opinions before the event. Your input, collected through the opinion box in the AIS Learning Common Room A, Google Form, and our Instagram story, is valuable.
