In September 2022, a total of 49 new Year 1 & 2 students studying in Dual Degree Program in Technology & Management (T&M-DDP) spent 3-day 2-night at Sai Wan, Sai Kung for the signature leadership training camp, also known as Survival Camp to develop their leadership, enhance interpersonal skills, and build resilience.

The students were split into two groups for the camp on two consecutive weekends in September. They worked in teams to complete various tasks, such as canyoning, stand up paddleboarding, kayaking, zero waste challenge, etc. during the camp, where they have learned how to communicate effectively, practice active listening, and give constructive feedback to their teammates.

We hope the camp has provided valuable takeaways for students to demonstrate proactive attitude when facing adversity in the future!
